3. User Responsibilities
For Employers:

5. Payments & Subscriptions

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the outcome of job applications, hiring decisions, employment disputes, or any agreements between employers and candidates.
We do not guarantee job placements or candidate selection.
7. Termination of Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and trademarks on Grand Hiring are the property of the company. Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit the portal’s content without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the countries where we operate (Pakistan, Canada, Dubai, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the respective courts.
