Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Consultant / Financial Controller to lead financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis initiatives. This role will partner with business units to drive strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.

The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant with deep expertise in FP&A, NOPBT analysis, financial systems (SAP, Oracle Fusion, HFM), and dashboard tools like Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Develop, monitor, and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts across business units.
• Perform in-depth variance analysis between actuals and budget/forecast and provide clear commentary.
• Analyze profitability using NOPBT and financial metrics such as DSO, DII, and DPO.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure (CapEx) utilization.

Financial Reporting
• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring alignment with financial policies.
• Support internal and external audit requirements with necessary documentation.

Strategic Business Partnering
• Collaborate with operational and departmental heads to understand cost drivers and financial impact.
• Assist in financial modelling, business case preparation, and investment analysis.
• Highlight financial risks and opportunities and recommend strategic solutions.

Tools & Systems
• Leverage Oracle Fusion Financial Management for reporting and consolidation.
• Create real-time dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Maintain data integrity and streamline reporting processes through automation and integration.

Qualifications
• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial control, and business partnering
• Proven track record in audit firms
